What happens at our Initial Booking Consultation?

During this visit we’ll complete the necessary paperwork, pick up keys, and tour your home while discussing detailed instructions on how to care for your pets.  This required meeting will be scheduled at least 48 hours prior to service.

Can I pick the time of my pet's care?

We visit homes from 7 in the morning until 9 at night every day of the year so we can get pretty close to wherever you want in the day. However, the timing of dog walks isn’t an exact science, so we do ask you to provide a time window for us.

Will my pets receive individual attention?

Absolutely. We pride ourselves on our one dog-one pet sitter approach to pet care. You can be sure that we are focusing on your pet.

I live out of the service area. Can you still care for my pets?

We hope so!  We cover the DTC and Douglas County.  Currently we provide service south of Hampden to Castle Pines,  west to Santa Fe, and east to Parker Road.  But, we are always expanding so please give us a call to see if we’ll come.

Will I get YOU as my dog walker or pet sitter?

Not necessarily.  Often, I have more clients than enough hours in the day.  But I do have backup “helpers” that will be available to assist you with your needs (see next question).

Who do you hire as your "helpers"?

Since dog walking is a fun job, I get a lot of people interested in working for me. But rest assured that I carefully screen all applicants. I interview only the very best. After successful interviews, I check references and do background checks.  I find this careful process helps ensure that our helpers are amazing.
